1. Order Confirmation
Once an order is placed and payment is received in full, you will receive a confirmation email summarizing your purchase details. Our team will then review your project brief and may contact you for any missing information or clarification before we begin.
2. Delivery Timeline
Our standard delivery timeframe is 7 to 14 business days, depending on:
- The type and complexity of the video (e.g., animation vs. live action)
- The length of the video
- Availability of client inputs such as brand assets, scripts, or feedback
Note: Timely client cooperation (feedback, approvals, materials) is essential to avoid delivery delays.
3. Delivery Method
All completed videos will be delivered digitally via email or downloadable link (e.g., Google Drive, WeTransfer, Dropbox). You will receive:
- Final video in multiple formats (e.g., MP4, square, vertical formats)
- Source files or editable files (if included in your package)
- Any additional materials agreed upon (scripts, thumbnails, etc.)
4. Revisions & Satisfaction Guarantee
Each order comes with unlimited revisions within the original scope of the project. Revisions are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days, depending on the complexity of the request.
We continue to revise the project until you are 100% satisfied, in line with our satisfaction guarantee.
5. Delays & Communication
In the rare case of a delay due to technical issues, workload, or missing inputs from your side, we will communicate clearly via email or live chat.
